Why can't I log on to some sites?
I use Mozilla Firefox as my browser. I notice when I am trying to open an Internet sire "BrandThunder" shows as searching. Recently I can not get into some of the site I have visiting for years. What is the Problem? Is this a problem with BrandThunder?

Hi Robert - can you tell me what Brand Thunder boom! you are using? When are you trying to go to these sites, what eventually appears on the web page? Does it just time-out or does it take you to another site?

Robert September 22, 2009 20:01How do I tell what Brand Thunder boom I am using? It just says Brand Thunder associated with Mozilla Firefox. How do I make sure Firefox is permitted to access the web? Is there some type of Firewall within Firefox? I believe it times out and says the problem could be entered wrong (no), temp. unavailable (no), or something wrong with Intertnet connection (i use Embarq and they tell me my connection is OK). The only other thing is I use AOL for e-mail and use their McAffe for security. I disabled the Firewall and no change). I have even disabled Brand Thunder.EditDeleteRemove
