Temperature reading in Celcius

Really like the Spring backgrounds and appreciate having the time. But the temperature is Fahrenheit. I live in Canada and it shows my location correctly, wondering why it doesn't convert the temp. to Celcius?

  • Hey Judy - if you "click" on the weather, you'll see a detailed weather forecast. At the bottom of that window you can "click" Celcius to change the temperature scale. Let me know if you have any trouble at all.

    All the best,
    Ryan

  • mm..yes ..Canadians, like people in most of the world, use the Celsius scale. Mostly.
If you want to know the outside temperature, you'll find it in degrees Celsius. Unless you're near the border with the United States, in which you may find Celsius, Fahrenheit, or both. A Canadian oven will probably measure temperature in Fahrenheit, and water temperatures are frequently also measured in these units. If you need to buy a thermometer, you can find one that gives readings in both degrees Celsius and Fahrenheit, as is the case in the United States.
