Can you let us know what version of Firefox and the OS you are running? A list of extensions and a screen shot would also help. With that we can try to identify and replicate the issue. Sorry you're seeing this.

We don't theme those particular items at this time. We're working on some technology that will theme even more.

The other problem you're seeing where stuff on your menubar is not readable is going to be fixed in the next week.
