Will you be doing a Boston Red Sox browser theme for Apple's Safari browser?

  • Sorry, not in the foreseeable future. Safari is not as friendly for customization as Firefox or Chrome. Given the small market share and the extra development it would require, it's not an option for us at this time.

Both Firefox (http://getfirefox.com) and Chrome (http://google.com/chrome) are free and work well on the Mac OS.

  • We can, but the university decides what to include in their themes. I'd visit their Facebook page and ask for the style theme you want. Good luck!

  • kevin ,
Prior to my getting ill i hired a patent attorney as well as a search firm based in Va.. At that time i also
owned a search firm that recruited management in a totally different field then the firm in Va... The idea i came up with was quite a bit different then anything i had ever been involved with.. But having the background as a recruiter i did a very extensive search to see if anyone ,or any company in the U.S.was involved in the the idea i came up with... Once i completed my search i hired an attorney as wel as the search firm they use for similar searches as i had done.. I decided to go along with the attorney as they had experience in areas that i had none. To make a long story short their search concluded that their is no firm or individual involved in my idea.. I need to do this in the united states as i would have to invest quite a lot in any country i chose just to file the docs to provide all the legal protection i would need to keep others from doing similar work.. That was my main reason to avoid China , Japan .Korea etc etc... I did have a brief conversation with a company that was involved in 3d printing . They were going to charge me a fee to do a hundred or 2 hundred dfferent items. to start the ball rolling . The attorney had drawn up non compete ,non disclosure docs. which was acceptable to the other company.. I had also done quite a bit of work investigating as to who owned any rights and if i needed to pay them any fees etc. I have some contacts involved in marketing for minor league teams as well as relatives that own Major league teams.. I had been involved in areas such as the AAU... As well as getting information for example from the NCAA as well as athletic directors of some major schooles..I am not reqired nor are they entitled to any. fees ,royalties etc. Although it would be very wise on my part to donate ,contribute give them a portion of the proceeds as it would do nothing but help grow the business which in turn would give them revenue which they are seeking in lots of different ways..The purpose of my getting in touch with your company is i noticed your involvement with 3d modeling.. I am uncertain as to how involved the company is in that area.. As well as any other areas that are sports related. . My idea is not limited to baseball ,football basketball. It would fit into everything from hockey to golf to boxing and so on and so forth . I also like the fact that you are located in southern california . As i am also located in southern ca. which means if anything comes of this. ..I dont have to spend my life living in airports.. I look forward to hearing from you .
    Thanks in advance.
    Lory Goldstein.

  • Lory:

Wow. You've got a lot going on and you're in a good market for entrepreneurs, so I expect you'll go far.

Unfortunately, we're not in Southern California (we're an Ohio company) and we don't do 3D modeling.

    Good luck with your venture!
