STARPULSE WILL NOT GO AWAY. WHY

Did you install the full Starpulse Browser or just the Starpulse Toolbar on to Firefox? Are you on Mac or Windows?

I'll also offer a couple suggestions/options for uninstalling.

1. There are two elements to Starpulse in the Firefox browser. If you go to Tool --> Add-ons, make sure you uninstall Starpulse from both Extensions and Themes. The "toolbar" is part of the Extension - that should get rid of it.

2. There's also a link that Brand Thunder provides that will remove both the Theme and Extension, at the same time. That link is either under the Help menu or, if the toolbar has a "B/T" button, it's under that. (We're starting to roll out the B/T button and not sure if your version has it or not.)

If these don't help, then please provide the info Mike has requested above.

the toolbar, i think. part of it went away when i uninstalled. not showing on addon, so i cant disable or uninstall
