Only half of the theme loads...
After a recent update of Firefox my themes started to not work correctly. In the Persona Interactive menu at the bottom of the browser window it shows the theme selected/checked but only the graphic on the bottom actually shows up until I click on the theme name again. Then the entire theme pops up. If you have any ideas to help with this I would appreciate it!!

That's very strange. Somehow we think that persona is a Personas Interactive Persona.
Can you try holding down the shift key when you click on "star wars hello kitty" inthe dropdown in the lower left?
That will force a refresh from the server.Comment -

If I hold down the shift key then it goes back to being just brown on top like after I restart Firefox. Then if I click on it again normally it comes back.

That's quite odd. So somehow internally we've got the image URL wrong. I don't know how that could happen.
Could you try uninstalling and reinstalling just the theme?
You uninstall the theme in Tools->Addons->Appearance.

I'm still trying to reproduce the problem. It looks like you're using Firefox 3,6?

I'm using Firefox 5.0.
I uninstalled the theme, restarted Firefox, and followed your link.
I clicked on wear theme, and it "Previews" it fine as long as I hover over but once I moved the mouse it was back to brown on top and the graphic on bottom only. It put the graphic back on top once I went to the Persona Interactive menu and clicked again on the name. -

I must say I'm at a loss. I've done a fresh install and Have tried the same things you have but can't recreate.
Do you have any other addons installed? Thank you for helping me with this. -

In extensions I have Java Console 6.0.22 and Personas Interactive 1.1.1.
In appearance I have starwars hello kitty.
And in plug-ins I have:

OK, so I'd like to try something else.
Can you type about:config in your URL bar.
(you might have to click "I'll be careful I promise"
Then in the Filter field, search on "lightweight"
right click on the pref:
lightweightThemes.usedThemes
and select "Copy Value"
Then paste that value here.
Hopefully that will get us closer.
What you're seeing is that somehow we don't think Personas Interactive is installed when we load that theme.
I have no idea why that is happening and I'm hoping this will give me more info.
I'm continuing to investigate on my end. -

OK, so that looks right. There's one other thing I can try looking at.
I need a file from your profile called "btpersonas.sqlite"
Here's info on how to access your profile directory easily:

And if you could attach or send that file, that would be great.
I'm hoping we can get this figured out.

OK, two more things to try. If these don't work, I'll give you a version of Personas Interactive that gives me more info. I really want to track this down.
Open your profile directory again.
Delete the directory personas.
Delete the file btpersonas.sqlite.
Delete the file lightweighttheme-header
Delete the file lightweighttheme-footer
Restart. -

OK, now both the header and footer are brown, but the theme is still checked and if I click it again it comes back. But when I restart they are both brown.

OK, I think we're getting closer.
Can you go to about:config and check the values of:
lightweightThemes.persisted.headerURL
and
lightweightThemes.persisted.footerURL
If they are true, set them to false and restart. -

I can answer my own question.
persisted.headerURL was set to true, and somehow the persisted headerURL was the "Personas Interactive" image.
I just put in a fix for our next version of Personas Interactive so this won't happen again.
