I downloaded the Iowa State theme. Accidentally removed the picture that came up when a new tab was opened. How do I get that back?

In the theme, there's a button on the far right that has a gear on it.

Click on it and then select Preferences.

Click on the Search tab.

Check the box that says "Use Bing search on new tab pages"

That should do it.
