Need help with Canvas

Tools->Error Console and tell me if you see anything Canvas related in the console?

I have a number of extensions installed. Wouldn't I have received a message from Firefox if there had been conflicts with any of them?

Not necessarily. Unfortunately extensions can conflict with each other.

Can you try this?

Please type about:config in your URL bar.

Click "I'll be careful I promise"

In the Filter area, type "showInConsole"

Double click on the preference "javascript.options.showInConsole" to set it to true.

What this will do is cause any error message that the extension is producing to show up in the error console.

Now go through the action that fails

select Tools->Error Console and see if there are any errors that reference "canvas"

There doesn't appear to be any conflicts with extensions. There are no errors that reference "canvas."

Can I get a list of the extensions you have installed? If it is a long list, you can actually use this list:

Also, are you using the default Firefox theme?

Thank you very much for your help Michael. Your question about my using the default Firefox theme alerted me to an add-on/extension in my Firefox browser called AnyColor which allows for the color of the browser and tabs to be changed according to personal preference. This extension was disabled and Canvas is working just fine now. Thank you again.

That great to know. We'll see if we can do anything to better coexist with AnyColor.
