missing theme

How do I re install my Tampa Bay Rays theme? It keeps coming and going. I did just install windows 10.

OK, if you go to ADDONS, under APPEARANCE, do you see the Rays? Is it enabled?

Yes it is. Also, I'm having the other problem I was having too: When I open a second tab, I have nothing; I don't have the theme bar or the desktop.
