Invalid file fomat

I have made several of these themes and love this by the way! However, I have been trying to make one this morning and everytime I go to upload my background it says invalid file format. I have tried both .png and .jpg Last night I was using .png just fine, what am I doing wrong?

Hi Jeana,
We're glad to hear that you enjoy bt:engage. Regarding your image uploading issue, we've seen this issue come up a few times but we're still trying to narrow down exactly what's happening. In the meantime, can you please check the following:
- That the image is less than 3000 pixels wide.
- That the image size is less than 4 megabytes.
- That the image filename doesn't contain any special characters (only letters, numbers, and spaces).
