how i can permanent change keyword.URL to "http://www.google.com/search?q="
when i change it in about:config it works until restart firefox.
after restart it is again BING.something.something.

I'm sorry you don't like this behavior.
Go to about:config
Search for the preference
extensions.brandthunder.keywordSearch
If it does not exist, create it as a boolean.
Then set the value to false.
You might have to restart the browser.
This should solve your problem.
