How do I change Boom Pack Themes on Firefox?!?!?

You should have received an update to the Holiday Boom Pack that contains Valentine's. To verify this, click on the BT button on the right of the toolbar select "Pick a Boom" and check to see if you have Valentine's Day in the Holiday menu.

If you don't see Valentine's day, you might not have gotten the update for some reason.

Select Tools->Add-Ons and look for the Holiday Boom Pack. Right click on it and select "Find Update"
