Canvas won't return to normal, help?

Hi there.
Try going to tools->add-ons.

In the dialog, click the 'extensions' tab.

go down the list to canvas, is it enabled or disabled?
(if its disabled, you'll see the button 'enable' to the right).

Click that, and see if that fixes your problem.

Also, if that doesn't help, could you post a screenshot for us?

I think I know whats up :)

Check the button on the far right, if you click it you'll see a menu.
(it has the letters BT on it.)

There should be a menu item, probably third from the bottom that says...
"Switch to Big Boom".

Click that.

What has most likely happened is that you've switched to the 'small' mode in your brand thunder boom. This small mode is meant for those who wish to keep just the toolbar, in some instances. However you can easily switch back and forth using that menu item.

I opened the menu but there's no option for Big Boom or small mode. THe options available are Canvas tutorial, Canvas FAQ, Canvas Help and feedback, share this, pick a boom, uninstal canvas, and Brand Thunder. Also none of these menus lead to said options. Thnx for the help so far btw.

Ok, I think we have a compatibility issue with another addon.

Could you give me a list of your currently installed addons? I'll pass them on to our developers and see if we have a solution.

I am having the exact same problem. No image will show in canvas.

We have an update for Canvas coming out very very soon that should take care of these problems.
