Canvas doesn't display any backward/forward/reload/etc. buttons
Neither does it display the pictures/colors
The Manage/My Pix buttons works fine, but doesn't change my browser background

1Erik: With Firefox 3.6, it's anticipated there will be better compatibility. We're updating all our Booms! in the coming weeks for 3.6, so please let us know if the issue is still there after the update.

A "blank canvas" is not our intended goal. Sorry to hear, this is definitely non-standard behavior.
Some additional details would help our developers. What OS are you running and what version of Firefox? Any other themes, or Personas or visual-type extensions that you think might create a collision? Finally, a screen shot is always helpful.
The more details we have, the better chance we have to recreate the issue. Thanks for reporting it and sorry again about the experience so far. -

if OS means operating system, then the answer would be Windows XP

Thanks for the rapid response. I'll see if we have a good answer for you.
And yes, you translated my jargon accurately. OS is operating system. :-) -

I'm guessing another extension is interfering. Just looking at your browser, I see a lot of extensions.
Would you be willing to install this extension:

To get us a list of all your extensions? -

I'm sorry. You have an extensive extension list and we need to go through it all. I'll get this done as fast as I can.

So firefox 3.5 doesn't work well with this?

It really depends on the extensions and how many extensions are running. There are some unexplained collisions with certain extensions, or collision points when the sequence of extension loading isn't managed properly in the browser. That's a convoluted way of saying it works in many situations, but we've found some instances where there it hasn't but it looks like 3.6 will help resolve some of these corner cases.
