Bing has taken over my email.... again

Sorry for the difficulty you're experiencing. We may need help from our developers, but I'll offer some suggestions.

I'm wondering if Norton over wrote your default tab setting. You should be able to go to your mail account on AOL. Brand Thunder's themes include a Bing search option on new tabs. This can be turned off by the check box on the new tab page. If you see a lightning bolt icon on the bottom, lower left of the browser window - there are preference settings there as well.

I'd also suggest trying to go to http://mail.aol.com. If you go and can log into your mail, then in the Firefox menu go to Preferences --> General --> and set Firefox to start up how you like - with AOL mail as a default or last tabs.

If you're not able to connect to AOL mail at this point, not sure where the conflict is occurring. It would help us to know what Operating System you use, what version of Firefox and what other extensions you are running.

I think Norton over wrote my settings in my add-ons. I disabled the Search toolbar in the add-ons and my mail works well now. Thanks
